ControlAlipe VM over IPDVI Transmission Link TDLTrigger

Fully networked:

Video management over IP (VMoIP) in the fully integrated operating room

CuratOR Alipe from EIZO is a powerful option for the network-based transmission of video, audio, and control data. With video management over IP (VMoIP) there are virtually no limits to speed and quality. Using standard network switching technology, the system can be customized and scaled at any time to support the ever-growing number of imaging systems over greater distances.

Scalability and expandability

CuratOR Alipe is flexibly scalable – new components can easily be added as required via plug-and-play.

Lossless transmission up to 4K over long distances

Standardized network solution with modular expandability, allowing a wide variety of data up to 4K (UHD) resolution to be transmitted with no perceptible delay. Even over long distances.

Remote control

Operating staff can start recording or change the connected image signal sources via one or more remote control points.

Multiple signal sources in parallel

CuratOR Alipe, in conjunction with Caliop software, not only allows the various sources to be played on the destination screens but also offers a wide range of layout functions, including side-by-side, picture-in-picture, and QuadView.

Details

  • IP-based video management system with a Surgical Panel as the central operating unit, pendant-mounted monitors, and documentation software.
  • Modalities can be connected to connection points located anywhere in the room.
  • The flexible and scalable Alipe system supports resolutions up to 4K UHD (3840 x 2160) at 60 Hz.
  • 10 GB network switch in conjunction with master node as the control unit / located in the technical room or technical area.
  • The voltage supply and trigger signals for remote control can be transmitted using a hybrid fiber-optic cable.
  • By feeding in the PC signal, image content from Intranet archives can also be selected in the video management system.
  • Video management over IP (VMoIP) is controlled using Caliop vm software, ideally installed on a Surgical Panel.
  • Caliop can be used for retrieving and saving routing presets and for the dynamic creation of a wide variety of layout functions.
  • Using Caliop doc and Caliop con, all connected video signals can be recorded and the recording linked to patient data.
  • As well as local data storage or storage on portable storage devices or simple network drives, the software also supports export to a central PACS archive, for example, using a DICOM or HL7 interface.
  • Streaming via various technologies is also available as an option.

Image and patient data without technological obstacles:

EIZO CuratOR at Dornbirn Hospital, Austria

Until recently, Dornbirn Hospital in the Vorarlberg region of Austria was using conventional OR towers with only one monitor for visual support during medical interventions. However, the surgeon and assistant only get an optimal overview when using separate displays. With the use of CuratOR Surgical Panels and the CuratOR Caliop software, not only optimal working conditions are ensured - the seamless integration into the existing IT structure supports all of the hospital's work processes.

In contrast to the conventional video management system, there is virtually no restriction on the flexible addition of further video inputs and outputs. Our CuratOR Caliop software for OR integration automatically indicates connected video signals.

Yes! You will find details of all the customization options for our Surgical Panel on our website.

Up to 10 m with direct cabling (HDMI, SDI, DVI, DP, analog) in the conventional video management system, and up to 36 m with our link technology (TDL). With fiber-optic cables and video management over IP, 10 GB can be transmitted up to 400 m.

In principle, all possible sources can be connected to the system.
